The prototype described in this paper provides the technical basis for all key archiving functions, following the OAIS model. The deliverable also discusses possible tools for distribution of data and presents the workflow.

The report identifies gaps (in 2017) for further development of data archives services in each country by exploring the wider ecosystem of data sharing culture, organisational setting, and service operational profile.
