This deliverable from the project SERSCIDA includes detailed action plans for establishment of social science digital data archives in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, and Croatia. Each action plan consists of four major sections: definition of organisation and internal structure; human resources; technical infrastructure; and policy, quality control, and workflows. For each activity, a description provides further detail. The appendix includes information on period, dependencies, and ownership/resources for each activity. Period specifies completion time in relation to first day of real operation. Dependencies deals with conditions that may influence the realisation or direction of the planned activities. Ownership and/or resources show who is responsible for carrying out the work, and additional resources that will be required.
