The Service Providers’ Forum consists of representatives of the Service Providers and has an advisory function. Each Member or Observer may have one member in the Forum. The Service Providers’ Forum is facilitated and supported by the Director.

The Director consults with the Service Providers’ Forum at least once a year on the future plans and technical aspects of CESSDA ERIC activities and convey the opinions of the Service Providers to the General Assembly. The Service Providers of CESSDA meet every six months.
